PCA Students Bring Creativity to Life Through Collaborative Art Project
PCA is proud to recognize the creativity and collaboration displayed through this outstanding project by Tyacia Alexander in her online CCC 3D Art course facilitated by Mrs. Deaton.
Tyacia’s assignment was to create a large-scale sewing project demonstrating gravity. What began as an individual assignment quickly grew into a collaborative effort with students from Mrs. Deaton’s 4th period class. Together, they learned sewing techniques, brainstormed ideas, solved problems, and encouraged one another throughout the process.
A special thank you goes to everyone who donated materials, offered advice, and supported these students along the way. From grocery bags and clothes hangers to zip ties, duct tape, hot glue, and wire, every contribution helped bring this impressive project to life.
We are thankful for teachers like Mrs. Deaton who provide meaningful opportunities for students to grow in creativity, perseverance, and teamwork.
