PCA Athletics recently launched a new portal for parents to easily complete athletic paperwork
PCA Athletics: Important Announcement (2023-2024)
We're excited to introduce our new and updated data collection system for PCA Athletics. This program will replace our current online athletic packet and our physical submission process. We will be using "DragonFlyMax" as our new portal for ALL athletic paperwork. Although there may be a learning curve, we believe you'll find this process much easier moving forward. Please note, you don’t have to complete it all at once!
When completing your paperwork, please disregard any information related to the 22-23 school year, as this will be deleted soon. If you have an active physical on file with us, we'll work on getting that uploaded to your account over the summer. Please don't stress over this part as we transition together. It is important that you start the process on your end. When setting up your child's account, be sure to select the correct school.
For all future athletic packets and physicals, parents will need to submit them on the website provided below. We've attached a video for reference, and we realize you may have questions. Please don't hesitate to reach out with any questions you may have.
