The annual North Carolina School Report Card offers ways for Pinnacle Classical Academy stakeholders to learn more about our school. The school report card contains information about student performance, class size, attendance, school safety, instructional resources and teacher quality in our school.
The 2016-2017 school year saw Pinnacle enroll an additional 121 students throughout the grade levels served by the school. While the results in terms of student achievement were not what we had hoped for, the students, teachers, and staff worked incredibly hard throughout the school year. We are very proud of our overall effort during the past year, and we look forward to significant gains in student achievement in the coming school year. The deep commitment of our teachers, and staff to student success will pay dividends for the Pinnacle Classical Academy family well into the future.
When performance does not meet expectations, plans have to be developed and implemented to correct the issues. In the summer of 2017 the administrative team developed a comprehensive plan for curriculum and instruction that is designed to significantly improve student performance and help each student grow academically. Working together in concert with parents and other stakeholders, we are confident that our student achievement will improve and help us meet our mission of providing all students with a premier college preparatory education.
I would like to remind all school stakeholders of the importance of Parents Encouraging Academic Knowledge, (PEAK). We are all together in this journey toward educational excellence, and parents working with students and teachers to reach educational goals is crucial to our success. Lastly, I encourage you to review the school’s report card and contact the school with any questions you might have. Thank you for your continued support of Pinnacle Classical Academy!
